Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A. Basic)

This course is a complete program. All graduates must take a written and skills test (Promissor) in order to be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry and be eligible for employment as a CNA. Students earn their C.N.A. Technical Diploma from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College. This Technical Diploma program is available only to students enrolled in the Health Care Academy.

Dental Assistant

This course is a complete program. All graduates of the program are eligible to apply for the certification examination of the Dental Assistant National Board following two years' of on the job experience. Dental Assistant students receive a Technical Diploma from Chippewa Valley Technical College during their commencement exercises. This Technical Diploma program is available only to SENIOR students enrolled in the Health Care Academy.

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT Basic)

This course is a complete program. All graduates of the program must complete the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians Exam in order to apply for licensure as an EMT-Basic and be eligible for employment as an EMT. This Technical Diploma program is available only to SENIOR students enrolled in the Health Care Academy.

In addition to the complete Technical Diploma programs listed above, students may also be able to complete the first year requirements of the two-year Associate Degree program, Medical Administrative Specialist.
